Competition Repertoire
※ The competition repertoire consists solely of works by Fryderyk Chopin.

■ Junior Division

1. Preliminary
Screenings of video recordings and documents submitted by applicants
1) One Nocturne
2) One Etude (except op. 10-3, 10-6, 25-1, 25-7)
3) Works for the preliminary may be repeated for the semifinal.
4) The video recordings for the preliminary repertoire must adhere to the following rules:
    · All performances must be filmed using a video recording device.
    · Not cuts are allowed during the performance of a single work.
    · The pianist's whole body and hands must be clearly visible at all times during the entire performance.

2. Semifinal
1) One Nocturne
2) One Etude (except op. 10-3, 10-6, 25-1, 25-7)
3) One polonaise from the works listed below:
      Polonaise in f# minor op. 44 / Polonaise in Ab major op. 53 / Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise in Eb major op. 22 /
      Polonaise in c# minor op. 26, no. 1 / Polonaise in A Major op. 40, no.1
4) One work from Scherzos or Ballades

3. Finals
The first movement of one of the Concertos listed below.
- Piano Concerto in e minor, op. 11
- Piano Concerto in f minor, op. 21



■ Senior Division

1. Preliminary
Screenings of video recordings and documents submitted by applicants.
1) One Etude (except op. 10-3, 10-6, 25-1, 25-7)
2) One work from Ballades, Scherzos, Fantasie or Barcarolle.
3) Works from the preliminary may be repeated for the first semifinal.
4) The video recordings for the preliminary repertoire must adhere to the following rules:
      · All performances must be filmed using a video recording device.
      · Not cuts are allowed during the performance of a single work.
      · The pianist's whole body and hands must be clearly visible at all times during the entire performance.

2. First Semifinal
1) Two Etudes (except op. 10-3, 10-6, 25-1, 25-7)
2) One Nocturne
3) One work from Ballades, Scherzos, Fantaisie or Barcarolle

3. Second Semifinal
1) One Polonaise from the works listed below:
      Polonaise in f# minor op. 44 / Polonaise in Ab major op. 53 / Andante Spianato and Grand Polonaise in Eb Major op. 22 /
      Polonaise in c# minor op. 26, no.1 / Polonaise in A Major op. 40, no.1 / Polonaise Fantasy in Ab Major op. 61
2) Two Mazurkas from one opus number (op. 17, op. 24, op. 30, op. 33, op. 41, op. 50, op. 56, op. 59, op. 63)
3) One Sonata from b minor or bb minor

4. Final
All movements of a concerto listed below.
- Piano Concerto in e minor, op. 11
- Piano Concerto in f minor, op. 21
